Here’s a pretty simple one. When editing or adding a coupon you might come across an issue where it throws this error out to you.

First thing you’d always want to do is take its advice! Go to the aMember admin Control panel and click on Error Log. You will need a rough time or date when the error occurred to trace the problem. It should tell you the problem.
One of the most common reasons this error comes up is the coupon code already exists. You cannot have two of the same coupons – makes sense. So try changing the coupon code. If that still gives you this error. Check the log.
