Objective: Learn how to add E-Mail account to Outlook
Step 1: Open Outlook
Step 2: Open Tools
- Click on Tools
- Click on Account Settings…
Step 3: Open New
Click New
- You will need to know if your email account is: Microsoft exchange, Pop 3, IMAP, HTTP or Other
- Choose one
- Click Next
- Fill in our name
- Fill in your email address
- Fill in your password for your email address twice
- Click Next
Step 6: Online Search for server
You will see this screen as it searches for your server settings
Step 7: Congratulations!
Once established it will log into server and send a test email to you
- If all three are checked with green check mark
- Click finish
Step 8: Finished
Your email account will appear highlighted (where red circle is)
- Click closed
